The gentleman Gus who delt with our enquiry through to our purchase was extremely helpful and polite and we observed a high standard of hygiene in regards to covid 19 safety protocol and felt very safe .

The store had hand sanitizer readily available. The assistant asked what we were interested in & he immediately told us about this apparatus that could help us identify what type of mattress would suit us. He was very informative, very nice & likeable person to deal with.

Very helpful staff giving genuine advice. Not pushy at all. Great range of bed frames and mattresses to choose from too.
