Very helpful staff giving genuine advice. Not pushy at all. Great range of bed frames and mattresses to choose from too.

As we were the only people in store, the attention given was very good. However, we also appreciated being given space to think about our decision without being hassled.

Both members of staff, the sales assistant and the manager were very helpful, they spent a lo of time with me measuring the various beds and looking on line for sizes. It was a hot day and because my daughter and I were wearing masks we were offered chilled bottles of water free which I thought was a lovely gesture. We had already been to Harveys, Carpert Right and Thomsons World of Furniture that day and the service we received from your staff far surpassed that of the other stores. They were kind, friendly, efficient and both couldn't have been nicer. I spent £1170 in your store on a bed, 2x side units, 1x footstool and a mattress and the Manager gave us a free mattress cover which again I thought was a nice thing to do. They were not push even though they new I was looking for quite a few Items, but their service and friendliness won me over. I have purchased from Dreams in the past and probably wouldn't go anywhere else for beds in the future.
