Dreams - Dunfermline

Both members of staff, the sales assistant and the manager were very helpful, they spent a lo of time with me measuring the various beds and looking on line for sizes. It was a hot day and because my daughter and I were wearing masks we were offered chilled bottles of water free which I thought was a lovely gesture. We had already been to Harveys, Carpert Right and Thomsons World of Furniture that day and the service we received from your staff far surpassed that of the other stores. They were kind, friendly, efficient and both couldn't have been nicer. I spent £1170 in your store on a bed, 2x side units, 1x footstool and a mattress and the Manager gave us a free mattress cover which again I thought was a nice thing to do. They were not push even though they new I was looking for quite a few Items, but their service and friendliness won me over. I have purchased from Dreams in the past and probably wouldn't go anywhere else for beds in the future.

This was by far the best bed experience I have had (bed shopping experience) KEVIN the manager was awesome. We walked in not even needing to buy a mattress but he was so polite, he greeted us at the door like we where royalty and after using that sleepmatch machine we where sold on the flaxby!! The place was well layed out and we felt so much more welcomed than your competitors. He gave us space to try some others on our own and then we asked if we could buy! In all honesty, a great guy, clearly an asset to your company and we only hope that he is rewarded for how he is with customers! Thanks Kev. A.

Upon entering the store,my wife and were greeted by 2 friendly Dreams Employees ,They were very patient with us and answered and encouraged us to ask any Questions. Once we had shown the bed type etc to the Sean, he carefully ushered us to the bed we had seen, pointed out the style/colour we had chosen, allowed us to try the bed/matteress fully with the aid of pillow protectors and mattress protectors etc,we were given plenty time to trial and make a decision on our purchase, Sean's other colleague was fantastic too giving us water to checking we were OK. The transaction went smoothly Sean explained everything clearly so we understood what we were buying, he also engaged in social chat which was really nice too. My wife and I went away feeling highly satisfied and had a full understanding of what we purchased from Sean, his colleague and Dreams and look forward to our new bed arriving very soon, We would shop again there and reccomend Dreams to family and friends. 10/10
