Dreams - Dunfermline

Upon entering the store,my wife and were greeted by 2 friendly Dreams Employees ,They were very patient with us and answered and encouraged us to ask any Questions. Once we had shown the bed type etc to the Sean, he carefully ushered us to the bed we had seen, pointed out the style/colour we had chosen, allowed us to try the bed/matteress fully with the aid of pillow protectors and mattress protectors etc,we were given plenty time to trial and make a decision on our purchase, Sean's other colleague was fantastic too giving us water to checking we were OK. The transaction went smoothly Sean explained everything clearly so we understood what we were buying, he also engaged in social chat which was really nice too. My wife and I went away feeling highly satisfied and had a full understanding of what we purchased from Sean, his colleague and Dreams and look forward to our new bed arriving very soon, We would shop again there and reccomend Dreams to family and friends. 10/10

The staff were really welcoming and friendly, they helped me by using the sleep machine and from that we’re able to guide me to quite a few good mattresses for me. They took into consideration my budget as well and I was able to find the perfect mattress for me really easily and below budget. They have plenty of knowledge about the products and the differences and even offered me a little discount and some water which I really appreciated!

This was the second bed shop we visited, with the intention of shopping around even further but we were so happy and impressed with everything in your store we had to go ahead and order. Sean is a credit to your organisation, helpful and so knowledgeable....we knew we couldn't ask for better service.
