Dreams - Dunfermline

On entering the store in Dunfermline, the 1st thing that impressed both my wife & myself was the availability of the Covid 19 Sanitation station which had clear instructions displayed. The Salesperson (Kevin) was immediately on hand to assist us. Kevin listened to my wife's requirements and more specifically to the back problems currently being experienced & took us through the Sleep 'machine' to determine the best mattress recommendation. We were then allowed to try out 4 different mattresses to which Kevin advised on the benefits of each one. Once we had whittled our selection down to 2, Kevin allowed us the time to move between each mattress as much as we liked to ensure that we were satisfied with our selection. Once decided, the Order process was very quick and efficient. Kevin further recommended a specific pillow which he felt would be beneficial to both my wife and myself as well- we ended up with 2 of them. Overall, the experience within the store and the professionalism and courtesy afforded to us was exceptional.

Options and choices good for needing bed ASAP. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
