We were given excellent customer service by the sales person while we were in the store. He was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Although not all of the products suggested by the test machine, the sales person was able to suggest very good alternatives. We have shopped here before and because of the excellent service provided, we will shop here again.

After speaking with a very helpful man on the phone regarding an adjustable bed, I called my local store in Dunfermline and spoke with Kevin who was very helpful. We then visited the store and the help we received from Kevin was absolutely fantastic, he explained the product thoroughly and was very understanding about our need for a speedy delivery. The order process was simple and Kevin explained it well and has managed to secure delivery in 4 days which is fantastic. I would definitely return to the Dunfermline store because if the excellent service we received from Kevin, I cannot praise him highly enough
