After speaking with a very helpful man on the phone regarding an adjustable bed, I called my local store in Dunfermline and spoke with Kevin who was very helpful. We then visited the store and the help we received from Kevin was absolutely fantastic, he explained the product thoroughly and was very understanding about our need for a speedy delivery. The order process was simple and Kevin explained it well and has managed to secure delivery in 4 days which is fantastic. I would definitely return to the Dunfermline store because if the excellent service we received from Kevin, I cannot praise him highly enough

The member of staff that we spoke with (Gus) was very friendly and polite. Nothing was too much to ask. He showed us all mattresses that were available after we used the sleep station and asked what our budget was before showing us what was on offer. The cleanliness was amazing Gus was always cleaning after we tried a mattress and while we were browsing on our own. The social distancing measures were also very well laid out. When purchasing our new mattress, Gus explained everything really well and even managed to get us a quick delivery slot. 100% excellent customer service.
