Dreams - Dunfermline

I initially made an enquiry via telephone with my local Dunfemline branch. (I have previously used them). Spoke with Gus on the phone who was friendly, obliging & helpful. I then visited the branch that same afternoon & was served by Iain. I was immediately welcomed, he helped me. Offering a drink. Very professional, efficient service was provided.

Friendly helpful and knowledgeable stuff

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Very knowledgeable and helped determine which product would be best suited. Felt very confident I was purchasing the correct product.

Ian shared his knowledge, made some recommendations and gave us ample space and time to make our decision. The process of organising interest free credit with quick and seamless. Delivery time was surprisingly excellent. In store prices were better than online.

Came in. Got advice on the variety of mattresses which I was looking for. Bought the mattress. Nuff said. No pushy sales , knowledgeable staff.

We were served by Dunfermline Store Manager Colin where we purchased a super king bed and mattress. Colin was fantastic, great rapport, highly knowledgeable and all round fantastic service. Would go back to him tomorrow. One of the best sales representatives across any industry I’ve shopped with genuinely. Authentic, brilliantly helpful and great asset.
