The staff we’re really friendly and were ready to help with any questions we want to ask, the shop had a lot to offer and was easy to get around.

One to one attention for around two hours. Not pressurised into any decisions. Knowledge of products and overall enjoyable way to buy new bed, mattress and accessories. Salesman was Sean who was excellent and Robert in store assisted and was also excellent.

Gus from Carnegie unit was very helpful, directed me to what I thought I wanted and gave advice on items better for me, great service, kind,polite and would recommend Dreams to friends and family

The employee was very knowledgeable about the products and the mattress that we were looking at purchasing. He was very approachable and spoke very nicely to our 6 year old getting her to lie on the different beds for best comfort and explained all this at ease.

We were given a respectable time to browse although we were acknowledged on arrival. The assistant Gus was very knowledgable and listened to what our needs were. Gus gave us time to discuss what our thoughts were and was near to hand when we made our decision to purchase.we chose finance which went through flawlessly. All in all a very pleasant visit.We would be more than happy to make a return visit should we need anymore bedding.
