Very friendly and professional team especially Kevin who we dealt with on both our visits to the Dunfermline store - interracted with the whole family and made us all feel welcome - no pushy salesmen just honest friendly assistance

Sean who was the assistant in store who served me was approachable, knowledgeable and was quick and efficient. Couldn’t fault the service at all.

Have been beforehand and found that the staff were very friendly and helpful this is why we came back to Dreams.

Sean in the Dunfermline branch was extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

The sales assistant that helped me at the dunfermline store (think his name was Kevin but not 100% sure) was really helpful and I didnt feel pressured into anything. He took the time in helping me find the best bed for me and was efficient once I decided which one I liked best. I also feel like I got a good price for the mattress i bought.

This is the second purchase I’ve made from the same member of staff who has been brilliant on both occasions. I had my son with me this time and he helped occupy him during the visit.

The availability of the sleepmatch helped in guiding us to what type of mattress was most suited rather than guessing.

The salesman, Robert was really nice and helpful. He took us to all the beds that were chosen from the mattress test and left us to try them ourself. He was there when we needed to ask any questions but did not push us to choose a mattress at any time. He gave us different pillows to try with the mattresses as well.

As soon as we walked in the door a colleague (Sean) came up to offer assistance. Without being too pushy he let us know about offers etc that are on, how to test for quality matress to suit us, and then gave us space to browse. Every so often he came and offered assistance and gave us coffee. He saw that we were torn between a much dearer bed than the one that we eventually purchased but not once did he try to pressure us into getting the more expensive bed. He understood that we are a new family therefore quality at a bargain price was important to save money for our baby.
