There was an extensive selection of products available and the value for money seemed to better than other competitor stores. The staff were also attentive and welcoming.

We were greeted by an employee named Robert. He was a very lovely man, very understanding and helped us out so much. He was very knowledgable and seemed like an expert, we were surprised to find out he had only been working within your store since November. He is the type of person that any employer is lucky to have. He gave us space when needed and gave us time to choose what we wanted - he even convinced us into getting pillows and the insurance! Ive never taken out insurance on a product before but he really gave us an insight into the benefits of having it. Will definetly recomend and continue shopping here. Thank you so much.

John and the manager were extremely helpful. John let my daughter try the mattresses we were interested in which helped us choose what to buy. We were treated really well and am very happy with the customer service given.

Robert and Gus were extremely helpful and friendly. They explained all about the different mattresses available then showed me round the options/recommendations from the print out. They weren't pushy and made the whole process easy.

When we entered the store we where met by John. Who offered his assistance and asked what we were looking for. Once he new we were looking for for a mattress. He asked if we would like to like to use the dreams analyses to find the correct mattress for us. Once we were finished and had the results for the correct mattress. John showed us a variety of suitable mattresses at a variety of prices. Allowing us to try and make our own mind up for the mattress we would like. Once we had made our choice. John checked the system for delivery dates and explained the extra cover we could take out on the mattress. I thought he explained everything well and this helped us to take out the extra cover along with our new mattress.Excellent customer service. Made this customer relaxed and not under pressure to buy.
