Dreams - Dunfermline

We were greeted very quickly after entering the store and assistant was friendly but not pushy which was nice. We were taken to the bed to test your mattress type which was really good and interesting. Based on this we were then shown a selection of beds to try. We liked that you had a pillow to take round with you too. We were then left to have a look about which was also nice and didn’t feel pestered. We did then go to another bed shop (bensons for beds) as wanted a good look around at what we wanted and prices etc. There was no interaction from them at all and we left quite quickly and went back to dreams to go ahead with our purchase. It was quieter when we returned so peter ( I think that was his name) greeted us again and we continued with him. Overall we were very happy with the service, that’s the main reason we went back, and the products as well we felt were good value. Can’t wait for the new bed to arrive.

The gentleman we dealt with came forward quickly when we entered the store. He was friendly, informative and helpful.

Robert welcomed us as soon as we entered the store and asked what we were looking for. He then guided us to sleepmatch to find our ideal mattress. He was knowledgeable (even though he was quite new), friendly but wasn’t pushy. He had a good balance and we didn’t feel rushed with this big purchase, I felt he wanted to make sure we had made the right choice.

Staff were attentive, knowledgeable and efficient, making the purchasing process hassle free.

This is the second time I have purchased a new mattress from Dreams . The sleep system was very useful in helping me decide and there wasn’t any pressure from the sales team to buy right away. I returned the following day to buy my mattress and the guys again were very efficient and helpful. Have already recommended Dreams to my friend
