Staff were excellent.Ordered one bed - so satisfied returned 2weeks later to order another identical bed.

Staf meeting Sean at the Dunfermline store was extremely helpful. I was unsure on firmness of mattress so he showed me the bed that helps show which is best and gave suggestions. After this he showed me the recommended mattresses along with others that were the same firmness. Order then placed very quickly and only two weeks to wait for delivery

The customer service was amazing. Our son is disabled and insisted on trying just about every bed the shop assistant went above and beyond for us. Even placing a cover over my son so he knew what it would feel like ‘tucked in’. Amazing

Store assistantvery helpful, was told I would get a call back later in the day with a delivery date as there was a problem with the mattress we chose, was called back the only small gripe I have is the delivery date was a bit longer than I'd have expected .
