Dreams - Dunfermline

The machine that determines what mattress is right for you was shown to us and we used it to match to our selected mattress. This was fun and we didn’t know about it before.

I was pleasantly welcomed when I entered the store, I couldn't believe it when I was offered a cup of tea which I accepted as I had visited 3 different stores previous to dreams. The gentleman was very very helpful and so pleasant and manners were impeccable, I will highly recommend this store to all my family and friends,I can't thank you enough.THANK YOU😃

We were looked after by Ross in the Dunfermline store. He made us a nice cup of coffee, answered our questions and was very honest with his information.

We went out to "window shop" for a new mattress that day, and intended to visit several "bed" shops that day to see what was available. Dreams was the first store we visited, and we were greeted with a very warm "good morning" and allowed to continue looking around. After sitting on several mattresses, the assistant kindly offered (exlpaining how it worked) us the use of the computerised mattress profiler. The assistant took us round the identified mattresses, explaining their technical aspects very clearly. We then visited the other outlets, but soon returned to Dreams to purchase the mattress.

Sean, the assistant who helped me in the Dunfermline Store was friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and patient. Couldn't really ask for anything more!!

The staff were very professional and friendly. I was not looking forward to picking a new bed but the staff made it very easy

The man who assisted us knew what he was talking about and listened to our needs. He did not rush us and was great with the kids too. We arrived at the shop 10 mins before it opened and he let us in early. Offered us a cup of tea coffee and was very polite and kind.

Adam and Sean were extremely helpful but also gave me the breathing space to browse. They were friendly, attentive, and just genuinely a pleasure to talk to. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured, they got thr balance just right
