No high pressure sales pitch

Staff member was very friendly and knowledgeable. Took time to listen to our needs and go through options. No pressure on sale was welcome.

Store assistant, Paula, was very knowledgeable about all the different types of mattresses and was able to recommend suitable products for us. She also explained the use of an ottoman bed frame, which I had previously thought not suitable for me as I did not think the storage would be sufficient for my needs. After she demonstrated it, i found it was in fact a better option for me. She was very patient as I changed my mind about the actual bed frame which was eventually purchased.

Kyle, our sales assistant was brilliant. Welcomed us at the door and made us feel very comfortable. Took us through to the sleep machine and explained everything and really knew what he was talking about. Really considered our price range and showed us our options and explained the differences between them all.

Very attentive staff who gave us lots of information regarding the products on sale. Easy lay out of the store and when we chose a bed all the information was given to us and the staff went above and beyond to look after us during this process.

The whole experience was straightforward and simple. I had a broad idea what I was looking for but the sales assistant was very helpful in letting me use the test machine to help confirm this. The choices I then tried out were good.

It took me a while to find the perfect mattress & Sebastian was patient and helpful with me while finding the right mattress!
