Dreams - Edinburgh - Straiton

I went to the Edinburgh store at Straighton with my elderly parents who were looking for an adjustable mattress. The staff in the store (the manager and Paula) were so helpful and patient with my parents even making them a cup of tea. They were very knowledgable and my parents were very happy with the mattress choice

The sales person was very experienced. They listened to our needs and provided the best products suited to us. They were very friendly and we felt they cared about our needs rather than just getting a sale which was lovely.

Sebastian took time to listen to my preferences and used his knowledge to recommend suitable products. He was patient and took time to detail out all of the products I liked, quoting variance payment options.
