The woman that helped up pick was fantasticx very friendly and polite, knew her products well. Very pleasant experience from start to finish. Unfortunately I forgot the woman's name

Despite having to deal with several customers by herself, Paula was very friendly, polite and extremely helpful. She took the time to show me round a variety of mattresses until I found one I felt most comfortable with. Not once did I feel pressured by her to opt for the more expensive mattress. In the end I was very happy with the service received and the attention to detail shown by Paula.

the person who served us was extremely helpful. we always come to dreams for our beds as we find the products are always just as we want and the staff very helpful

Paula was very knowledgeable and took the time to understand my needs. I am disabled and so felt she really took the time to help me and make me feel my decision was the right one for me.
