No hard sales pressure, your staff member's focus was on ensuring we selected the right product for our needs. Took time to explain the process for selecting the right mattress and bed, and the differences between the options available. Very friendly and efficient service provided, we would definitely recommend your company to friends and family.

James was great, he listened to what I wanted and my concerns and offered great advice. He suggested using your sleep machine and I was dubious but it was really easy and I didn't feel ridiculous as I thought I would have. Great service

Went in with my daughter with view to buying a mattress topper. Were shown three which James laid on a bed for us to try. During conversation with James he made us aware of the machine in store which diagnoses the most suitable mattress for you. Decided to use it and then tried various mattresses which James led us to. Didn't take long for us to realise that we would be better price-wise and comfort-wise buying a new mattress than just a topper. That's what we did! Thanks to James.

The lady explained everything to us very efficient and knowledgable . Very friendly and was very patient with us. Overall she was vey impressive great customer service .

As soon as I walked in I started to be taken care of. Paula showed a genuine interest in my needs / wants and budget. She showed me nothing outwith my budget... I did not get the feeling I was being sold something for the sake of a sale... I quickly knew what I wanted and Paula recognised this and did not keep pushing... She encouraged me to try another mattress to confirm my choice was the right one, and it was. Trying out a bed can be a very daunting in public but I was made to feel comfortable as if it is the most natural thing to do in public.... I would recommend the shop and Paula...
