Paula was absolutely excellent. She greeted me as I walked into the store and was very friendly and approachable. It was clear she was knowledgeable and she took time to explain the different products to me, whilst demonstrating the various pros and cons, specific to my needs. She was incredibly helpful, as was Steph, in helping me complete my purchase. I was also very happy with the discounted items and the range of products.

Abbie was lovely made me a cup of tea. Checked out my mattress preferences. Used the ‘choice’ machine. Helped me choose a bed frame and a headboard for my spare room. Couldn’t do enough to help. Her product knowledge was excellent. Lovely girl

Kayle (I hope that's correctly spelled) at Straiton Store was very helpful, the told us about the offer on the mattress which gave us great deal. His colleague (store manager) helped him process the order, as we were told he is very new. HE did well, and his colleague was very knowledgeable. We were happy to laarn that we could pay for taking away old bed, that was very helpful.

The young lady who assisted us with our purchase was very professional in her manner and knowledgeable within her job. Well spoken well dressed and smiled (even though a mask was worn you could see the glow within her face) and made you feel welcomed from the minute we walked through the door, listened to what we wanted and showed us a few choices to ponder over giving us time to dwell on what we wanted without hassle or pressure. It was nice to be given the choice of a hot or cold drink a lovely touch. At no time did we feel under any pressure to purchase. A lovely experience all round. PPE was in place at used at all times.
