your staff DALE andKANE were extremely cheerful ,knowledgeable and willing to explain the finer details any query I had there was never any pressure whatsoever to make a purchase.I had the chance to use the toilet, which was immaculate, the cleanest ,well appointed that I have found for a long time ,and kept in spotless condition. I was impressed by the overall experience at Dreams in Exeter. It is many years since I bought a mattress but I was given just the right amount of assistance from Carl, who was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, without being pushy. I think I have bought a mattress that I will be happy with, time alone will tell! But the process was made simple and straightforward by Carl.

We needed a new mattress, but as this is something we last needed many years ago, we did not know where to start. Our visit to Dreams in Exeter on 22 February 2022 removed any anxiety about that as soon as we entered the store. We were met by one of the staff almost immediately and she (Jacqueline) took us through the whole procedure: assessing our needs, trying the recommended mattresses, retrying one of them and giving us the time and space within which we could decide exactly what we wanted, with lots of help and coffee, but absolutely no pressurel.

Very friendly and informative customer service. Jacqueline was very knowledgeable and ensured I had all the information I needed to make the right choice for me. Good choice of products and price range.

The store was clean, greeted on entry. She gave us her full attention all the way through our experience.

Very clued up staff. Spoke to the manager who was very attentive and then later after looking around was attended to by Jackie who was very helpful and efficient.

I have been served by a lovely lady, Jackie and she is very helpful. She offered me something that i was looking for with a very reasonable price. Highly recommended and can’t wait for my delivery to arrive!!
