Dale greeted us as we entered, and made us feel welcome and valued all the way through the process. He clearly explained what he was doing and why he was getting information. He gave the impression of being thoroughly knowledgable, and was so friendly all the way through. We came out thinking "that was fun!".

Jackie listened to my needs and really went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. She understood that I was willing to down grade on my mattress needs because of money. And I ended up having the mattress of my dreams in the price range I could afford!

When my partner and I entered the Dreams, we were close to giving up on our search for the perfect mattress.That’s when your wonderful employee came up to us and guided us encouragingly to your bed machine so we could get an understanding of what we needed from a mattress. He explained the necessity of a fitting mattress without coming across as pushy. He was extremely knowledgeable and informative and provided us with lots of reasons why we could be struggling to find a mattress. The first mattress he took us to was one we had previously tried and did not think we liked, but when we lied back down after he explained what a mattress should be doing for us it was a completely different experience. We loved the mattress but it was out of our price range so he took us to another one in that range at a lower price, and it was exactly what we were after. Although we know he is a sales consultant and most of his job is about getting sales, we didn’t feel once that he was running a sales pitch. He came across as generally caring about finding us the right mattress and we are so appreciative.
