Dreams - Exeter

All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They allowed us to bring our puppy in rather than leave her in the car which we really appreciated. The staff all went above and beyond, offering us, and our pup drinks! We didn't feel like they rushed us at all, they were just happy to help us make the right choice.

As soon as I walked in an assistant asked me if I needed any help. I said not at this stage. I was just looking. After I had walked round shop she came to me again and I asked her for info on the mattress that I was thinking about buying and she was very knowledgeable and I placed my order. I said I was hot after walking from home to shop and she offered me water. I was very impressed with the complete experience. I hope I am as pleased with my first nights sleep on my new mattress next week

Staff were very helpful, gave me plenty of time and listened to what I required and was looking for. Respectful and kept a distance for covid regulations.

We were greeted at the door by Kane. He was friendly and approachable and provided us with all of the info we needed. We'd already done some research online of what we wanted and he helped us with that. He wore his mask the whole time and kept a good distance from us so we felt very safe about any Covid restrictions. All in all it was a great experience and we came away with a bed we were pleased with.

Our visit to Dreams was just to check out some mattresses and once we stepped in we were greeted by Kane aka Carl from the Exeter branch and we explained that we were looking for a new mattress as we were having uncomfortable sleep etc, Kane then took us to this simulator to find what mattress would suit us best, after all this was done we were shown multiple mattresses which we tested and he showed different price points which we really appreciated and we notice the difference from cheap to the more expensive ones. Kane had a lot of knowledge and was great at delivering this knowledge to us. We look forward to receiving our tempur mattress!

We were seen instantly, the assistant wore a mask and got someone to show us how the sofa in question opened to a bed. No hard sell, just interest in our needs.

In a word...Kane (Carl ). Simply put , Kane is the type of person you should be employing.

Our customer adviser Dale was very helpful and friendly. He thoroughly explained all of our needs based on our sleeping styles after using the Dreams assessor pod. Dale showed us many options of mattresses and frames based on our preferences, and we felt confident we were making the right decisions and we were impressed with Dale’s expertise. We were in the store for quite some time, and Dale was patient and kind enough to make us cups of tea while we browsed the items. We did not feel rushed at all and appreciated the one to one service. When filling out the paperwork for the purchase, Dale was efficient and clearly explained everything as we went along. Dale explained all of the benefits of a warranty and various other purchasing options and we are very glad that he did so, as we really feel we’ve made the best thought out decisions with his help. Dale went so far as to arrange a phone charger for us when ours had run out of battery.
