Dale was highly attentive, knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. Gave us space whilst we discussed between ourselves. Gave us attention when we needed it. Helped us pick the correct mattress and bed for our many medical problems. Fantastic service Exeter Store, Marsh Barton.

Friendly staff who took the time to help us look for our new bed and frame. We came with 2 very excited young children and the staff were friendly and polite.

We enjoyed the "assessment bed" experience: it clearly identified suitable beds for us to try. Our salesman had an excellent manner and was not pushy, but was highly informative and knowledgeable. We found his input very hepful.

The Salesperson remembered us from our previous visit and was highly courteous. She aided us in our final decision by pointing out features of mattresses which we were unaware of and pointing out available discounts. We were also offered drinks during the paperwork process and the process went smoothly including a much sooner than expected delivery date.

We only went in to look, but the assistant was so good and talked us through everything, so we decided to place the order there and then, mainly Due to two things, the assistant and the price

We had looked on line as to what we thought we wanted and decided to pop into the shop, not making an appointment, we did not realise buying a new mattress had become so high tech! When we walked in we were welcomed by Kane who encouraged us to do a sleep survey etc and luckily he had time to do this and so we were walked through a very informative mattress trial. We were pretty sure we knew what we wanted but it was very interesting to hear the science behind the mattresses and also to try the same mattress in different comfort levels. We did end up buying what we thought we wanted but we’re grateful for the advice and time that Kane was able to give us.

Kane was very helpful though out the whole purchase of a bed and mattress without giving us the hard sell.

Jackie and Kane both welcomed us to the store. We said what we wanted and they directed us to the correct product almost immediately. A credit to your store

The two chaps who served us (Rob and Kane in Exeter) were highly knowledgeable, were polite, courteous and respectful. They weren’t pushy at all but gave a full range of options, all the information we needed and left us to decide. They even offered us tea and were overall a real credit to the company!
