We were served by a gentleman named Kane who was extremely helpful, kind and also humorous. Although not disclosed to him but alluded to, my daughter has a sleep disorder and is autistic. As she explained the difficulties she was having with sleep and her anxiety he listened attentively and was very kind. My daughter had a wonderful experience at the shop. We chose from the tempura range and I was surprised how quickly the mattress will be delivered. My daughter is very excited about its arrival as she found it incredibly relaxing and calming lying on it.

Excellent advice, adequate time taken discussing requirements, clear explanations of products and finance availability.

The lady there was very helpful and good on the knowledge of the products. They supplied pillows to test mattresses. Used the sleep match which was brilliant. Given drinks to take round while we choose the right mattress and base.

Dealt with by an attentive lady who was pleasant and easy to talk to, supplied all the information we required that resulted in us placing our order. She was a little stressed however because she was on her own, with another customer also seeking attention. We appreciated how all the information we required was clearly displayed allowing us to browse before needing assistance.

Dale was highly attentive and very friendly. He showed a great knowledge of the products a d spent plenty of time to understand our requirements.
