We were immediately felt welcome. We explained what we were looking for and Kane explained much about beds and mattresses that we never knew! He went out of his way to ensure that we were looking at the right items but he did not pressurise us in any way. He just wanted us to see for ourselves what was best for us. He answered all of our questions and gave us his professional views. At decision time, he suggested that we may want to go away and think matters over or even visit other stores. We did go away and think matters over but decided that on the advice given, we felt very comfortable and we returned to conclude the purchase. Excellent !

Rob the manager was knowledgeable and helped me with the options available

The gentleman who assisted me on looking for the right bed is highly knowledgeable and very friendly. He made sure i get the right bed and produced multiple options for me to choose from.

We spoke with Dale at length about my needs (I am disabled) and he was interested and engaged throughout. He took time to understand properly and listen to preferences as well as making suggestions. He was courteous and professional and it was a real breath of fresh air to see such a great level of enthusiasm.
