Dreams - Exeter

We were met with a very friendly welcome and had all options explained to us very clearly. The men who helped us, Kane, was very knowledgeable and gave us the time to look, try and decide without pressure

We knew which product we wanted because we had researched already online. The assistant was really good at listening to what we wanted and getting the order placed quickly and efficiently with no fuss

The lady was really lovely and tailored the mattresses to my needs. She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable

Jackie served me in the Exeter branch, as soon as I entered with my mother she came to greet us and make sure we knew she was there if we needed any help. I asked for the Florence bed and she showed me to this bed and I was very satisfied with the product. She then helped me with the sleep test and allowed myself and my mum some space to test this out. After finding out which mattresses would be best for me I was able to test them all and found my favourite. Once at the checkout and paying for my product Jackie offered my mum and I a cup of tea, we declined as we had just had one. The paying process was extremely quick and smooth and we were both highly satisfied with the treatment we got in store! Thank you!!

Sophie who works in Exeter dreams took great care of me. She showed me all the frames when I told her I wanted an ottoman bed and let me know what colours I could choose. She took me to the interactive mattress machine and then showed me all mattresses that would be best for me. Really simple process.

The salesman took time to find the right product and allowed us time to pick the right product. He offered drinks and nothing was a problem.

Jaqueline was really helpful and had all the knowledge about the different bed frames and made it easy for us to decide which was best for us
