The consultant was highly knowledgeable and friendly. He spent a lot of time with me, explaining exactly what sort of mattress would be best for my daughter. I returned to the store later with my daughter (age 14) and he was great with her too - explaining the importance of the correct mattress to her and listening to her concerns. This was an excellent service. Thank you.

I originally only popped in to the Alphington store to have a look at the prices of beds as I had to move out of a fully furnished rental property to an unfurnished one. I was going to buy a second hand one, as was concerned about the prices of new beds. The salesman greeted me and explained the difference between all the mattresses and frames, as I was quite confused. I was also surprised with the prices. I came back again a couple of weeks later to buy a bed but also the sofa bed they had on display!

I have the feeling that your diagnostic machine only recommends very expensive products. I am sure they are the best, but not necessarily affordable. I am concerned that I may be paying more than I should, although I can afford it. I was very pleased with the various bits of advice that Dale gave me, which were relevant.

I have high standards so when you give me a satisfaction scale i benchmark it against other retail/ customer service experiences I have had and this is my view

I was not greeted on entering the store. I easily found the the product I had identified on the internet. However, I was not approached whilst trying the product. (There were other customers in the store at the time.)

There was a limited supply of bed frames for my budget and I settled on a divan instead.

Jackie, who served us, was excellent. This was, in fact, our second visit to the store that day, as the shop was absolutely full with customers when we'd visited earlier, and we left without making a purchase, and in part that was because we did not feel safe. Children were running about the place; people weren't keeping their distance (which was made difficult anyway due to store layout and not enough space between beds for people to pass safely. We went to another company, and had they had a shorter lead time, we'd have placed an order with them and not returned. The only reason we came back was because we had, in that visit, sewn a sofabed we liked, and the same price was good enough to tempt us to return and try again.

we were impressed with the sales expert Kane. He was knowledgeable and the bed system used to identify the best product for us gave four options,this helped to narrow down options available . It was very busy that day he coped really well serving three couples .We didn't mind as it gave us time to try different beds and discuss it.

After an unsatisfactory visit to your Torquay store where staff were unable to assist as busy with customers, I went to Exeter store. First served by male member of staff who was not particularly friendly but then I asked for help from female staff member who was excellent. Great service, friendly and knowledgeable.
