I was satisfied that we found a king size mattress but we had asked for advice about two singles of the same depth as my husband and I both want different comfort levels. We had decided beforehand that two singles would be easier to exchange if one wasn’t comfortable. However, we were shown a few different king sized mattresses and decided on one of these instead which, eventually we both decided would be suitable. The matter of two singles was not addressed.

The item I wanted was not on display, it was hidden away in storage as it ‘was not very popular’. Luckily a member of staff offered me assistance otherwise I would have left the store thinking they did not stock the item I required.
