Die Order No. I was given in writing by Jackie's male colleague does not match the order no. on the email confirmation. When I phoned the shop only the answer phone was on. I was only given an confirmation for one item but I also ordered separately the bed frame of which I have the cash receipt but no order confirmation.

We were looking for a king size bed and mattress. There was ample choice of mattresses - but the range of beds was limited in as much as the majority were divans with fabric headboard so if you were looking for a wooden bed frame there was limited choice. Consequently, we purchased a mattress but not a bed.
