Quite expensive

I was satisfied but I was hoping to collect on the day as my son was struggling with his back on the old mattress. He was only with us for another couple of nights as back to University this morning.

I was satisfied with the service to be highly satisfied i would expect something very special

I waited about 20 minutes to be served. I just needed a ready rolled mattress so could have been in and out in 5 minutes. However the two staff were serving other customers so although frustrating, they didn’t keep me waiting longer than they could and were very apologetic for the wait

The staff where amazing and the store was great the only reason I felt any dissatisfaction is purely the expense of everything. I understand quality costs.

I bought a pillow. I was so happy with the amount of time and care involved with helping me choose one. I was more than happy with the price. I couldn’t put highly satisfied because after using the pillow is ok but not quite right.
