Good service but like most things always room for improvement

Not a major issue

Sales team too friendly! Almost pushy with assistance I have very specific needs and know what I want

Only reason I did not give Highly Satisfied score was because I had to wait a fair time to be seen. This needs to be viewed taking into consideration that I felt the service when you got it was very thorough and nothing was rushed. It consequently takes a while for each customer to be seen depending on their needs.

Always room for improvement

The product and the staff member where great but some of the pillows had a nasty smell which I feel is not a good start if you want to put your head on it to try out the mattress

The first time I came in was told various things when I came back to purchase bed & mattress was lots of little extras I hadn’t been told about on previous visit which bumped the price up considerably.

Staff were great, the up to 60% off promotion only applied to a few things in store so that could have been clearer

Overall was very good and the store were very accommodating. The time for the ordering process was a little longer than we would have hoped (we had young children with us so speed is always better).

Because I am very fussy.
