There was information missing in terms of the environmental impact of the product and when asking staff they had no info e.g. how the fabric was made, its carbon footprint, whether wood was more sustainable than a fabric bed etc

Wait time for delivery

It was an essential item of shopping and we were satisfied as we would expect to be.

My Dreams experience is not over until well after receiving our goods. It is too early to evaluate. However, my ratings are as according to our experience so far! Thank you

Everything was good apart from the fact that the bed on display had a split soft and medium mattress. When we went to order it turned out that for the double size this does not exist. This is more a problem with the manufacturer than anything to do with the store or the person who served us.

I am iritated by marketing techniques that try to fool customers into thinking they are getting a better price than they thought, for instance by price everything to £99 instead of £100, and by constantly fiddling with "sales" just like a supermarket. We're not fools and Dreams were lucky to get my business.
