We turned up almost at closing time, but were still treated very well, with an employee and the store manager being incredibly helpful and caring. After the shop closed, another employee took over and continued to help. There was no sales pressure at all, and Dale did everything he could to help!

Jacqueline was exceptionally helpful, not pushy in any way, and took the time to understand our needs and the issues we currently have with our present mattress. She explained about the sleep assessment system and guided us through the various options presented thereafter. Everything was explained thoroughly, including the protective cover and we were left feeling informed rather than overwhelmed.

From entering the store to leaving we received first class help and knowledge from Carl on all our purchases.

Dale was super friendly and helpful from the minute we stepped into the store. He was knowledgable with the products and provided visual demonstrations to help us understand the products. He provided a good balance of explaining the products and then leaving us to try them out. We were made to feel very comfortable and did not feel pressured into a sale. Thank you Dale!

Jackie was so knowledgeable and made me feel that she really wanted to give me the best possible mattress to stop my shoulder and neck pain. I also enjoyed laying on the scientific bed that gave us a baseline from which to work.
