When I arrived Dale came across to me, asking how he could help, I was tested for a mattress and then offered several types, very helpful man and pleasant to talk to. Came away very satisfied with my purchase.

The whole experience was great I took my parents who are elderly and nothing was too much trouble everything was explained in detail and they were very patient and took time to help my parents with their right choice of bed.
