We were given a clear and concise explanationof the featires of the beds that would fit our requirements

Dale spent lots of time understanding our needs and guiding us to the right product for us. His knowledge and understanding of the products was excellent.

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store and were provided with a very good service, even someone checking to make sure that we were being looked after. The experience was made so much more easier than we thought, and was actually quite relaxing! I would definitely recommend Dreams to friends/family wanting to purchase a new bed/mattress and in fact already have!

We were greeted by the shop assistant ( Kane) very quickly which was appreciated as we didnt have a clue where to start. He took us through the whole process which was straight forward and narrowed our selection down to 3 mattresses which made our choice much simpler. We were then taken through the purchase process and again very straight forward. We left the store feeling confident and happy.

I was served by Kane at the Exeter store . It was a pleasure to meet and be served by someone so knowledgable about the products and helpful . I would recommend him for promotion .

Your colleague Rob from the Exeter store was so knowledgeable and helpful I needed to let you know. He broke down your range into a manageable recommendation. When we advised we were looking at other stores as this was the first store we had looked in he even advised where other bed stores were. Knowing we were not going to purchase his advice continued on what to look for. After leaving the store we had lunch and then returned to purchase. My wife and I discussed the knowledge imparted to us over lunch, Rob’s helpfulness and clear confidence in the products he could sell us clearly there was no point in looking elsewhere. On returning home I had to contact you to pass on an unbelievable shopping experience!

We were greeted by Sophie who helped us and left us to make decisions, just being available when we had a query. She then was very efficient when we decided on our purchase.

My partner and I visited the store on two occasions over the past few weeks, as well as speaking with the store via e-mail. On our first visit, we were helped by Rob who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, he also assisted via e-mail. During our 2nd visit, we were served by Dale who was equally as knowledgeable and helpful. We felt that they both genuinely wanted to ensure we purchased the right product for us at the right price and gave us their undivided attention. We started mattress shopping with little knowledge on what we wanted or needed and we've come away feeling confident and pleased with the product we purchased thanks to Rob and Dale. We will without a doubt return to Dreams for our future purchases and cannot recommend them enough.

We were looking for 5 mattresses (2 super kings, 1 king size, 1 double and 2 single) and had been to other stores to compare prices as it was a lot to purchase in one hit. The staff listened to our requirements, had options of alternatives and offered for us on the day and were so helpful and gave us ample time to try them out (even going as far as bringing the mattresses from the warehouse into the store for us to try). We felt they were so knowledgable and gave us such good options to enable us to purchase quality mattresses at exceptionally good prices that we purchased them there and then.
