As previously team very attentive , helpful and informative. All aspects of our purchase were pleasurable and we felt safe with stores COVID precautions including sanitising the payment terminal.

The salesman Kane made the whole process fun, wasn't too pushy and really helpful.

We were greeted on entry by Kane who asked if he could assist us. We required assistance about the type of mattress we required. He asked us many questions regarding the way we sleep and how feel in the morning as well as specific aches and pains. He showed us the sleep match machine that would highlight the likely products that would suit our sleeping positions, weight, pressure points etc. Kane selected different pillows for us to use whilst sampling the highlighted mattresses. It soon became clear that one really suited both of us. We proceeded to purchase a tempur mattress, pillows and protector sheet which is due to be delivered within 4 working days. We would like to point out that Kane was a particularly knowledgeable individual who’s technical explanations were exceptional, he even organised drinks while were considering our purchase. From the moment we stepped into the store we were treated with respect and given a high quality service. The assistant, Kane, was extremely well informed and took us on a fascinating journey into the science of sleep, explaining concepts very well using simple analogies. We were guided through the 'sleep match' process and given some examples to choose from which best matched our individual sleep profiles. Overall, an interesting and well-informed assistant and extremely helpful in supporting our decision making with regard to buying a new mattress and pillows.

Jackie was very welcoming and friendly. She took the time to make sure we knew which mattress would suit our needs best. Her product knowledge was excellent and gave us brilliant advice. Jackie took the time to ensure we were fully informed about our purchase.

It’s been quite a few years since we purchased a new bed so the experience of the new technology was different. Our Sales Assistant was very polite and helpful without being overpowering, which is how we like it. Our shopping experience was made very pleasurable by his pleasant manner and knowledge.
