Dreams - Exeter

We returned to Dreams as we had such fabulous service 5 years ago, and they didn't disappoint this time either! We were served by Dale, who gave us excellent service, talked us through all the options, and made sure we had what was absolutely right for each one of us. He even provided a very delicious cup of tea! We also had wonderful service from Rob, the Store Manager, when we realised that we had ordered the wrong size mattress (our fault entirely!). He sorted out the issue 10 minutes before closing on a Friday, and Dale called us back first thing the very next morning to confirm the new order and delivery date. Absolutely wonderful service from start to finish and four very satisfied customers, thank you very much!

Jackie was the person I dealt with and she was very understanding of my needs. I was dithering regarding choice and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. She didn’t push or pressurise me at all. A very lovely member of staff.

He guided us through the different types of beds, mattresses and price ranges etc understanding what i wanted and why. He wasn’t pushy and left the ball in my court, and i didn’t feel as though i had to make a decision there and then

Our first experience in dreams Exeter was great, we were greeted by Sophie at the door who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and she assisted us throughout our time in the store. She wasn’t at all pushy and gave us time to think when needed and ran through all our options with us and even had us laughing about my partner being a bed breaker and getting a trampoline. Overall enjoyable great and easy experience will be returning. Thank you :)

As soon as we walked in the assistant(Kane in Exeter) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We found exactly what we wanted,have not received the mattress yet, so we will wait and see
