Very happy with the product knowledge by Kane, he was very pleasant & explained everything to us

Great service, needed a mattress to take away that day so we were shown what was available, tested Out a couple of mattresses and found one suitable. Once paying, we got a protector and pillows as part of the deal. Overall very pleased with the service and helpfulness of the staff - and we came away with what we wanted!

I have been looking for sofa bed to set up for myself to cope with a pending operation which would prevent me from going upstairs. After a lot of searching elsewhere I spoke to a lovely lady called Jackie at the Exeter store who was extremely helpful, she understood my situation and spent a lot of time with me going in detail the Cork a Frame Sofa bed. It was exactly the right product for me. We went through mattress toppers/enhancers to accompany my purchase. Jackie is a credit to your team such a lovely and caring and thoughtful lady, I will definitely back in the future as will members of my family. Well done Dreams for employing such a creditable employee.

We had a fairly good idea of what we were looking for when we visited and were therefore looking for help and advice. However we felt the store colleague Carl went above and beyond what we were expecting and gave us exactly the information and guidance we needed. He was extremely helpful and very pleasant. He did not pressure us in any way and gave us plenty of time to browse and reflect on his advice.

Sales Assistant made us welcome, offered us drinks, reassured us the safety procedures in place for covid-19, kept reassuring us to take our time and left us alone to make our own decisions whilst advising us on the results from Sleeepmatch.

Rob (staff member) was lovely, showed me a variety of mattress and had great customer service.

Kane at the Marsh Barton, Exeter store was superb! Nothing was to much hassle for him. Kane's product knowledge was excellent and customer service was brilliant. Kane made the whole experience straight forward and a delight.

Karl and the team were very welcoming and informative. We felt that there was a good choice and our needs met with regards to finding the right product. Karl went over and above to help us and even stayed past closing time to complete our sale.
