Welcomed by a knowledgeable assistant, who led us through the process carefully and helpfully.

We needed a new mattress and Dale assisted us from start to finish very impressed!!

Buying a bed is not an every day experience and I had little knowledge about beds. I found the staff at Exeter store very knowledgeable and exceptional helpful.

We were met and helped by Jacqui who was an excellent ambassador for DREAMS. She gave us the time we needed to make our choice, and when we needed guidance she was there to help. We lay on the " see what suits you bed" although we did not take it's guidance too seriously it did assist us in making our choice. A very short delivery date makes ir possible to get our new bed earlier than we expected. Altogether a thoroughly pleasant experience ,mainly thanks to Jacqui.

Your employee (Dale) advised us without being pushy, answered all our questions, and went off to find the answers if he didn't know them off hand.

I was buying beds for the first time and this was the fourth company I had visited to get some proper advice. Rob, who served me, really knew his subject and realised immediately what I needed. I have employed sales staff during my working career and it was very clear to me that Rob had a total command of his subject and was a highly competant 'closer' of the deal. If he is representative of the calibre of staff in your company, then you clearly don't have much to worry about.

On entering the store we were met by Robert and he fully understood my needs. he explained and then put me on the Sleepmatch machine. This is a great innovation and saves both the customer and the sales team time by recomme3nding types of mattress. I sampled all the suggested products and selected the mattress of choice. Whilst not expecting to spend that amount of money Roberts explanation gave me piece of mind and enabled me to buy a product that will last for more than 10 years. A very well worth visit and I will become a very good sales person for Dreams

Dale was extremely helpful, friendly and not pushy. Let us have time to look around and discuss our options. Was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. All staff very understanding with our 18 month old son.

Sophie was friendly and welcoming, taking the time to explore different options with me. She was also very patient with my indecisiveness.
