Fantastic customer service, Dale was approachable, knowledgeable and overall a big reason why we went ahead with the purchase. After a terrible experience with Bensons, this was exactly what we needed.

The meet and greet was friendly, explanation of product clear and sleep match impressive. We were offered drinks and given time and attention. We were told of the price match option and terms of delivery. We could not fault the service.

Knowledgable assistant and patient . No sales pressure and advice was sound.

Jackie was absolutely awesome. Really listen to what we wanted and looked after as well. Couldn’t thank her enough for her efforts.

Dale was excellent on product knowledge, listening to what I needed for my mobility disability and giving me as much time as I needed to make my mind up on which mattress I wanted. He went over and above, too, making me coffee and doing more Tempur research on my mattress suitability for my disability.
