Dale who served me in the Marsh Barton branch in Exeter was friendly, knowledgeable and understood my needs entirely.

The staff were very polite and friendly helped pick out the perfect mattress

Dreams wasnt the first place we were going to look for a new bed but as we were passing the store we decided to pop in. We were very pleased we did. The guy who helped us was very knowledgeable and made us feel at ease straight away. He wasnt pushy and explained the merits of each mattress we were looking at and left us to try at our own speed. We both felt relaxed and this ultimately resulted in our purchases.

As soon as we walked through the door the excellent service began. Loved the way that “Stacey” talks you through what type of mattress is best for you! Colleague told time and we didn’t feel rushed. We were kept informed right up until the bed and mattress were delivered. Many thanks.

The customer assistance was exceptional. Dale (the assistant) was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make everything as clear and easy as possible from what I wanted all the way to placing the order (including brining out old stock samples to compare to the new ones which was a spectacular move!)
