As a returning customer we paid the Exeter branch another visit , this time for a bed and headboard. We found the bed we wanted but preferred to have 2 drawers and 2half drawers which unfortunately didn’t come with this particular bed. The young man that was serving us said they had a new range coming in the next day which had this option . We were called when they arrived and we visited again yesterday to look at the new beds and preferred this one over the original wanted one even tho it was more expensive. The whole team of staff were extremely helpful in keeping us informed on everything

Sean at the Exeter store understood after discussion the direction to point us towards after we discussed with him what we were looking for but not only that to ensure he fully understood our needs he asked a few questions which enabled him ensure we was able to show us the items that fully met our expectations! I was highly satisfied with the experience at the Exeter Dreams store - nothing was too much trouble and the lady that helped me was absolutely delightful. The store was clean and tidy and it was easy to walk around and try any of the beds. The atmosphere in the store was extremely friendly and, although I bought three beds, I was able to take my time and was not pressurised.

Jackie who looked after us was on her own due to holidays and staff off sick, she did so well under the pressure of having 3 customers (including us) in the shop at the same time. Nothing was to much for her and she gave us plenty of time to choose the options given to us.

Hi These were the first purchases at this store. I always passed this shop because no one was inside. There were no buyers. I was thinking of buying a mattress for me and my wife. I walked into this store and was immediately greeted by a nice lady who served me. I was surprised by the pleasant and positive attitude towards me and my wife. The sales woman offered us to lie on a special bed and a mattress that will measure us everything and examine our health, back pain and other things. I was very pleased with this approach to the client. The saleswoman showed us which mattresses fit our dimensions and our health condition. After thinking about it, we decided to leave this store and visit other mattress stores. We came back after three days there was no doubt which one is the best for us and which we want to buy. The saleswoman recommended us the best, most convenient and comfortable. the purchase of this mattress, which I chose, proceeded in a very nice atmosphere and the lady who sold it was very nice to us. I will definitely come back there again and I heartily recommend this company to everyone.

The Gentleman who helped us with our purchase was very considerate and understanding of our needs. He explained everything so well and helped us in our choice of mattress. We weren’t rushed or bored with too many details. He definitely new the products that were available to us. We have been customers of Dreams for many years. Our latest purchase is probably the 3rd or 4th over the years. We always feel valued and even though we have checked out other mattresses suppliers, we always end up back at dreams.
