Very helpful staff. They all worked together to find us the product we wanted and mad every effort to satisfy our need. Dale was great and could not have been more helpful. Overall a fabulous experience

Kane was the gentleman who served us. His product knowledge was fantastic and he was very patient with us and listened carefully to what we wanted from a new bed/mattress. He paid attention to what we were saying as we tried different things and read between the lines to direct us to a product we may not have initially gone for but which we hope we will be really pleased with. He took the time to explain everything and we learnt lots about why certain mattresses might work better for us which was really interesting. He made us feel like valued customers and we really appreciated him staying on with us to finalise the deal even though the store had closed. It was also lovely of him to enquire into our home life and he seemed genuinely interested, even giving us a recommendation for a good book to read! We cannot thank him enough and we would highly recommend a visit to him to our friends and family.

I was personally very satisfied with all the knowledge Rob-store manager had with any question or query’s I had about the products I also thanks to rob I will definitely pass on recommendations for family and friends to personally speak to rob if they are ever after a new bed or any of your products

From the moment we came in, the sales advisor was exceptionally good. Obviously you know a salesman wants sales, but Kane went about it in a very refreshing way and we genuinely felt helped.

Very knowledgeable staff, quick and easy process.

I was greeted warmly by the member of staff she listened to my needs and offer water and coffee or tea she took me round the show room and we spent nearly two hours in choosing the right mattress. Also a new bed for my spare room. A pleasant time I felt relaxed and comfortable with the help of the member of staff.

Friendly, helpful service from Dean. He took the time to find out what type of mattress my son wanted.
