Dreams - Exeter

As soon as we entered the store we where made to feel most welcome, by the assistant Kane. he discussed our needs and spoke to us at length about our sleeping habits and any problems that we had regarding our comfort, how we felt in terms if neing refreshed etc. He then suggested that we laid on the bed testing machine, to assess our individual needs, in terms of a matress. we were very impressed with both the machine and Kane. We were shown a list of possible matresses that might suit us. After trying several of these matresses, whilst he made us a cup of coffee. We were not pressured or hurried in trying them to be certain of which we preferred, which was nice. Having come to a decision we placed the order, with an unexpected quick delivery date. Our experience was one of great ease, no pressure and we hope complete satisfaction with our new matress.

Kane who looked after me and my husband was fantastic from start to finish . His knowledge on the products was excellent and did not pressure us into making a decision straight away . As I suffer from cronic pain Kane went through the scientific aspects of the mattress that would be suitable for my needs . He is a breath of fresh air and can not recommend enough. Thank Kane for his help and understanding

There were more customers in the store than staff available but Kane made sure to give us plenty of time to help us make a decision on a mattress and ask any questions while also serving other customers.

Kane could not have done anything more for us he was very polite he had good knowledge and helped us through buying the right bed for are needs

As soon as we entered the Exeter branch we were greeted by Jackie who made everything so easy and fun! She was a pleasure to talk to and to get advice from as we were really blank canvas’ when we arrived. We left with a new bed, bed frame and guarantee which we feel was a great choice to make. Jackie is an asset to Dreams and we are very lucky to have her in the South West. The whole transaction was quick and simple, but not forced. We felt we had enough time with Jackie as well as customer time to discuss and try other products. A very positive experience.

Kane was very helpful in finding out exactly the kind of bed and mattress we were looking for. We had researched the dreams website for bed frames before our visit but we ended up buying a different frame that Kane had suggested that we were much happier with. The mattress finding process was very informative and we ended up with the perfect mattress. I would highly recommend Kane to anyone who is looking to buy a bed or mattress.
