Jacqueline immediately recognised us when we came in the store, as she served us last time we bought a bed, so she understood and remembered exactly what we were looking for. This made it so much easier and took all the stress away of having to try lots of different beds. Thank you Jacqueline, we were very grateful for your help, very satisfied.

Options were identified and assessed without delay. Technical information was offered and explained. Plenty of time was given for reflection on options. No pressure was brought to make a decision. Discussions took place in a friendly atmosphere. We enjoyed the cup of tea.

We visited various rival stores but from the minute we walked we were made to feel welcome and comfortable and at ease. We never felt pushed to purchase and were given plenty of time to test the various Tempur mattresses that were on offer. We explained I had a spinal injury and the sales advisor and store manager both understood and gave us great advice to get us to the point of the choice between the 2 products we eventually narrowed it down to. After spending time testing the 2 choices the final advice we were given by both members of your team above was the reason we settled on our final choice. A exceptional experience given to us and we would without doubt highly recommend Dreams Exeter to our friends and family 1 of which has already visited and purchased. Jackie greeted us as we entered the store she listened to what we had to say and guided us through the purchase from start to finish also included the bed test system Excellent service

Kane was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us. Gave us all the assistance we needed and took time listening to our needs and requirements. Really great experience with him.

Dale, our sales assistant, was amazing. Friendly greeting and immediately said hello to our 18 month old daughter. Showed us around and recommended the sleep machine to analyse our firmness rating. The whole process was easy and quick. We worried about how our daughter would behave being taken from mattress to mattress but he made it fun for her and included her in the trying out process. Left with our mattress at an unbelievable price and couldn’t be happier with the service that Dale provided and the rest of the Exeter store staff that we spoke to.

The Store assistant Jackie was very helpful and gave us time to think and talk in order to make our decision. She offered many choices and at no point did we feel under pressure. We particularly liked the sleep analysis machine too

Kane was excellent. Professional, knowledgable and dedicated to meeting our needs.
