Made to feel welcome as we arrived. Jackie took time to understand what we wanted, showed us suitable beds and mattresses and put no pressure on us to decide too quickly. We were offered drinks and space to consider

The sales advisor Dale who looked after us was great and knew the answer to all our questions.

On arrival on a bank holiday weekend the store was open and very clean. We sanitised our hands and walked in, as we approached the beds Dale politely asked if we needed assistance. I said we wanted a new mattress as we both suffered back and neck pain. His advice on type of mattress and pillow was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. We ordered a recommended mattress for delivery in 4 weeks, and on his advice changed our pillows that night. We both have had less neck pain since reducing the type and number of pillows! We can’t wait for the mattress to arrive now to fully improve our sleep.

From the moment we walked in the door we were greated with an extremely friendly chap, who turned out to be the manager of the store (we didn't notice until the end of out visit). His balance of professionalism and relatability as a person who wants to buy a bed was fantastic. Not once during the experience did we feel like we had a sales pitch. It felt like honest, trustworthy comments/reviews from his own experiences. I was in two minds between different mattresses and we kept going back and forth and not at any point did we feel pressured to make a decision. We had to go home and measure to make sure we could upgrade to a kingsize, but if we hadn't needed to do that I can honestly say we would have ordered right there and then. I am 32, and very rarely have experienced such amazing customer service. Without hesitation I will recommend Dreams Exeter to everyone. Thanks

The staff were all friendly and helpful , especially Jackie who helped us with our order.

Kane who served us was hugely helpful, friendly and welcoming. He gave us masses of information to enable us to choose our mattress. Very impressive.

Kane, and the rest of the staff, were very friendly and helpful. I didn't feel pressured to look at the most expensive items and was given all the information I needed to make an informed decision on my purchase.
