Good assistance

The member of staff who looked after us (Jacqui) was polite, professional and attentive, without being overbearing. She offered advice and guidance, provided an expert opinion and allowed us time as a couple to discuss our options privately. Having stepped out of the store to talk, when we re-entered, another colleague quickly came to us and said he would get Jacqui for us and offered us a seat. Really happy overall - having both worked in customer service for most of our lives, we really appreciated the good service.
