From the moment I walked into the store I was greeted by a member of staff I explained what I was looking for and they knew instantly what sort of product I was looking for and exit in depth to me answers all my questions by showing me examples felt like I was in good hands

The lady assistant met us at the door offered us hand sanitizer was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses we tried left us on our own when needed to talk with my husband on what we was gonna buy very pleasant throughout our meeting kept social distance at all times couldn't fault her

Store assistant polite and knowledgable, plenty of information given to us. Gave us time to think about what choices to make.

A very good expereince all round. Jackie was very proffessional, friendly and knowledgeable. We were greeted at the front of the store. We used the sleepmatch machine and found it to be very good We were offered a drink (water and tea) We were given our own pillows to use in store. We then purchased as we liked them. We were not under any pressure to purchase something we did not want or was not correct for us.

we were made welcome as soon as we went through the door, we were offered a drink and were made to feel at ease the salesman was informative and we were impressed with his knowledge we were given a pillow for the sleep match machine and enjoyed the experience,

You had what we wanted. Dale was a very good listener and made sure we went away satisfied without ever seeming pushy or overbearing. Top class salesperson - you should hang on to him.

Kane was very helpful when i came in with my Dad it was just what i needed to help him get a bed for a better nights sleep. You have a wonderful asset in your sales man and team . Thanks Kane
