My wife a I were very happy with the experience of Dreams store the moment we walked in as a member of the sales staff greeted you with a friendly and polite manner. We were then given the experience of the machine which recommends which type of bed suited us the best which was great in helping us decide.

Kane greeted us with ease and great knowledge of dream products with no pressure to ensure what we purchased was for our needs.very professional and very covid consise.couldnt fault anything.ten out of ten

We arrived and the store and the sales team were all busy but we were greeted and told how long it would be before we were seen, it was upto 10mins max which gave us time to look around the store. We were greeted by Kane, who was friendly and listened to exactly what we wanted, he also explained the ground rules due to COVID which we were more than happy with. Kane listened to our needs and showed us various mattresses starting with the cheaper mattresses which we asked for Loved the fact Kane had a good knowledge on all of his products and also people and where they need supporting - previously we would have just looked at a few mattresses and picked one after sitting on it for a couple on minutes

Very professional and good customer service

The sales assistance Jackie was very knowledgeable and showed us a range of mattresses and although she was busy serving numerous customers she did not leave us waiting too long.

I was seen to straight away, And the product was available for delivery within 10 days

As soon as we entered the store we were welcomed by a friendly salesman. We were shown four beds after our bed-comfort check. Kane was courteous and extremely knowledgeable, always personable and allowed us plenty of time to consider our options.

We were greeted on entering the store and directed to the sanitation station. We were asked if we needed assistance and were given advice in a no stress, friendly and helpful way. Dale, the colleague, was outstanding in the way he dealt with us.

The computer programme that looks specifically at my needs, along with experienced staff that answered all questions and knew his products thoroughly. It was not information overload, and just the right balance. I was treated with kindness and respect. I was not pushed or rushed. Trying out the beds instore was so valuable.
