Prior to going to dreams we did a lot of online research regarding beds and mattresses online as well as the stores in Exeter. we went to another store before dreams and although the experience and price was good in the other store we had better, more individual service and choice in Dreams. The quality of the products seemed better, the store was more spacious and inviting and the staff very knowledgeable and friendly.

Tatum was very helpful and friendly . The whole experience was very satisfactory . Seeing as you spend nearly half your life laying on your bed it is a very important purchase. I have already advised family members to go there to choose their next mattress. Really looking forward to my new mattress arriving. I won’t want to get out of bed!!! 😱😱😱

The staff were friendly but not over-salesy. The rep I spoke to listened to my concerns and addressed them really well. He was personable but professional even though to be frank it is very odd laying in a bed in front of strangers in the middle of a shop...
